The Label
leFoulard was founded in 2018 by Sarah Maret. While visiting her mother-in-law's house in Glarus, the Swiss native, who now lives in Berlin, discovered a small piece of printed fabric: the Glarner Tüechli, which dates back over a hundred years.
She knew immediately. 'I have to have that! It's only twice the size and it's made of silk.” So she set about reinterpreting this little piece of Swiss textile history.
The result is the 'leGlaronais' collection, which features fine silk in magnificent, shimmering colours.
Inspired by motifs from around the world and with a clear vision for timeless design, leFoulard is reviving its silk and cashmere collections.
Many other collections have been created also in collaboration with artists and other creatives.
